sam, gueno, elain, jorg [PROF], moi, lieu wen, zhiyang [TA] Summer Course

so far it has come to the end of my favourite course - advertising! it has been a really great time - have lots of fun, learn alot of what we want to know, experience much of the unexpected! -really missing it now! one BIG highlight is that my Prof "likes" me, i guessed i've impressed him very much ever since my individual presentation, and that's the reason why he "sells" me for the internship offered by his friend. initially i thought the chances of me getting the internship is pretty slim, as there are quite a number of classmates applied as well - this include my very self-centred groupmate - samantha! people who appears to be nice to everyone r always FAKERS! they usually R the self-centred ones, unwilling to accept others opinions - this is the only way for them to things done in their OWN way! here's our life example = samantha. problems start to arise for the past few days when closed to presentation dateline, luckily it's short period and it's over now! *Phew!* more importantly, my other groupmates shared the same thoughts as me, and i've one very strong supporter! we seem to be able to clique pretty well after this course and project! thanks elain [thou sometimes she can be quite blur] ! another friend whom i clique very well [from the start of the class] - lieu wen, she's very nice and easy-going! one very unique friend, gueno (28, cant tell right?), french, but living holland with her boyfriend; has also had a fun time with us! she was very amazed with our ideas and very supportive to my ideas [most of the time]. i think having supporters behind u give u more morale to contribute, think harder for more creative & crazy ideas! despite i was abit shameful to tell peter (redcard creative manager), i felt GREAT actually! at least i know that i've done my very best & my effort is being recognized! though we didn't get the pitch (client account), my very creative idea - [decorating the tunnel / MRT to be like a tunnel we see in fort siloso], was recognized and it may even be carried out in reality by the client! this is just the very best way to console and appreciate my efforts! *yeah!* feeling super duper good for myself, i feel i'm in very high spirit and once again, ALIVE!!! yeah! now i'm very much looking forward to my internship - thanks to my [german] prof! perhaps the last time i was being fond by my teacher was in secondary school ? this feeling has pushed me even further in doing my work well, and my best ever! that's the reason why i could work more than 24 hours, just to draw and color the pictures for my presentation. this is indeed the power of... ME!!! haha... as a whole, i think this course not only earn me a good grade (i foresee), fun, joy, experience, unexpecteds = internship & likeness; it also given me very much inspirations!!! now i'm very determined & very clear with my career direction = [advertising] account management, and very likely i will want to work in Ogilvy & Mather. i really like the culture & people there. i guess this is the best-tailored job that i could ever find for myself! hope i'll get an internship for my next semester there! ; )
